Maintenance

Your apartment will be cleaned and prepared by our team.

All maintenance requests must be submitted through the resident portal or by contacting the leasing office.

Maintenance requests will be handled in the order they are received by our on-site maintenance technicians.

No, you do not have to be present for a service technician to perform work. 

If you are locked out of your apartment, please contact the leasing office during normal business hours. If it is outside of normal business hours, please call the emergency maintenance number at (800)956-7793.

Amenities

We offer a state-of-the-art fitness center, sparkling pool and spa, and a resident clubhouse amongst several other perks offered in our wonderful community.

Pets are welcome. We allow up to 2 pets total. There are no weight restrictions, but some breed restrictions do apply. All pets are subject to review and the management's final approval. If the pet is approved, we will require a deposit of $400 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $40 per pet. We also require a photograph of the pet, current vaccination record and proof of license, if required by the city or county. Pets must be spayed or neutered.

Yes, some units come equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer. There are also laundry facilities available onsite.

Swimming hours are between 10am-10pm; absolutely no swimming after 10pm.

Yes, residents will be assigned a parking spot.

Yes, we offer short-term leases. Please contact the leasing office for additional information.

Residents are responsible for any package deliveries. 

Fitness area hours are from 8am-9pm. 

Common area quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Reservations for communal space use must be made with the leasing office, and a deposit fee and cleaning fee will be required.

Admin

Effective January 1, 2020, Jones & Jones Communities will now accept Section 8 vouchers. The rental requirements stay the same, and all applicants must qualify at 2.3 times the rental rate, as well as the employment and credit requirements.

We take into consideration a complete credit, rental and employment history when determining the security deposit.

The guidelines are as follows:
   Studio - No more than 2 people
   1 bedroom - No more than 3 people
   2 bedrooms - No more than 5 people

With a holding deposit, an apartment can be held for 14 days.

Under no circumstances do our offices accept cash. You can pay online at your property's website, www.brooksideterraceapts.com.

We prefer appointments, but we also welcome walk-ins.

Our leasing office is available to residents during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Once we receive all the required documents, the approval process should take no more than 72 hours.

Renters Insurance is required. If you already have renters insurance simply bring your policy declaration page to the leasing office. If you do not provide proof of renters insurance upon move in, you will be auto enrolled in our Master Policy which does not cover your personal belongings.
